Judgement is the ability to understand and guide AI systems toward the best outcome. Insight is understanding how to rise above the noise and see where things are going next, so you can prepare.
Most AI educational content teaches you the what and the how. New models. New prompts. The same advice, repackaged every week.
There’s less available showing you how to build judgement and insight. Two critical skills everyone will need as the AI era progresses.
I’m building the Doing AI Efficiently Operating System to help you gain both. Here’s some of what’s coming soon, and a little bit about what makes it different.
Judgement: Clankyopolis
In the coming years, many critical systems will be run entirely by AI agents. People will be responsible for understanding, monitoring and shaping what those systems do.
Most of us haven’t been trained for this. You’re expected to get good at agentic AI management on the job.
Clankyopolis is an educational game built to fill the AI agent management experience gap. You’ll learn by doing.
In the game you’ll review agent outputs and decide whether they’re correct and complete. You build and evaluate agentic workflows that determine how systems operate. You even program agents to help you through mini-games like Courier Run, a side scroller where a robot you control picks up and delivers packages (no code required).
What’s different: You’re not reading about how to AI. You’re learning through experience, judging what in-game agents do, and steering them toward better outcomes.
Insight: FutureVision
You’re being flooded with information about AI and emerging tech. New models, new safety issues, reams of analysis. It’s exhausting.
What if you could look ahead, and focus on the trends that will actually matter tomorrow?
This is what FutureVision is for. It tracks English-language web search, AI search, keyword advertising data, prediction markets, news coverage and social media. Then the system provides you with information about tomorrow’s trends that are worthy of your attention.
What’s different: FutureVision goes beyond the headlines to help you identify trends and issues as they are emerging so you can understand where the market is going rather than struggle to stay ahead.
Security: Ward and AgentGuard360
One of the Operating System’s layers is Ward. It pairs education on how to protect yourself from AI security threats with software that monitors your AI agents, your device and your financial activity.
The flagship offering is AgentGuard360. It helps you go beyond prompting and ad-hoc security habits toward holistic, always-on protection.
What’s different: A lot of AI security advice is a checklist or prompt you run periodically. AgentGuard360 is on-device and always on. It watches agents, your device and your money.
FutureVisoin and Clankyopolis are scheduled to launch in November 2026. AgentGuard360 will launch later. However, other parts of the Ward layer, including the popular AI Security Action Pack, are available now.
This update is focused on the Doing AI Efficiently Operating System, built on five operational layers: Grasp, Discern, Ward, Execute, and Honor.
