You can say you “don’t use AI” and still be using it ten times before lunch without knowing it. I think that feels far more important than the chatbot adoption numbers. The interface might change completely. The underlying shift probably won’t.

I have been thinking a lot about AI tech embedment and how it upends traditional models of tech adoption.
I'll be writing more on this topic, because I think it feeds into the anti-ai backlash we're seeing at the moment.
